Our Multiax 5 axis CNC machine is fast and accurate and with a bed size of 4.8m x 2.5m we can produce large objects in nearly any material at low prices. There really is no limit to the size of jobs we do at Fineline, in fact its something were known for.

All we need to begin is a suitable file. Your file can be supplied in any format, generated by us or digitally scanned from any object. Solid Cad modelling allows us to split surfaces into several sections if necessary and hide frames and support structures, cut accurately using our 3 axis routers, inside the model.

To protect materials like polystyrene after machining we can apply an impact resistant protective barrier using our plastic coating system; this gives a fast and inexpensive alternative to fibre glassing, completely encasing the object in any thickness of ABS like plastic, perfect for props in the film and music industries or simply to protect large models against transportation damage. Fineline offers a range of finishing options and graphics to complete your model and can even help with installs.
