Alpkit Climbing Product

Using a high quality European birch ply we machined an innovative design fro one of our customers - Alpkit. We used the latest version of Artpath and our Gerber Sabre 3 axis Router to achieve the results.

Care was taken to avoid splintering and several tool changes to achieve the maximum detail. A jig was made to flip the product and machine the reverse detail. Some light sanding and a coat of wax gave this prototype product an organic look. Fineline produced a series of products and a small manufacturing run.
